This site is only for employees of Enhanced Aesthestics in Pahrump, NV. This site is for you to gather information about your employee benefits and to submit enrollment requests and changes. All submissions will be verified by HR. If you have any questions, please contact your supervisor. Medical pricing is calculated by finding your age on the chart under the plan you would like to enroll in. If you want to add a spouse and/or dependent, you add the price of that person based on their age and the price is under dependents. If you have more than 3 children under 19, then you only pay for a maximum of the 3 oldest.
