This site is only for employees of Newvine Law in Pahrump, NV. This site is for you to gather information about your employee benefits and to submit enrollment requests and changes. Rates below are your per paycheck deduction (Bi-weekly) The portion on the left is for the employee. If you have dependents, then add that amount to the employee portion. Children under 19 are billed under the first three oldest and the rest are $0.
Example. Employee age 35, spouse age 36 and 2 children age 15 and 12.
Employee price $126 a check, spouse is $252 and children are $172 and $158, Add those together 126+252+172+158= $708 a check.
